septum was only the size of the tip of my nose. Yesterday, when I removed the cotton, I saw that both sides of the nostrils were too swollen around the center. The shape was also an inverted triangle.. The
previous nostrils were just like that. I'm so embarrassed because it's round.
I'm scared and wondering if it's just swelling or a side effect of the surgery.
It's so hard to breathe that I'm resting through my mouth.
