After three nose surgeries, the silicone protruded outward, and my nose became more and more lifted... I had a really hard time for a year because my nose became severely contracted and extremely dry.
I had severe columella recession and the columella was completely gone. I went to about 8 hospitals while looking into revision rhinoplasty, but the doctor told me that the surgery would be difficult and honestly, I was not confident... I was hoping for a normal nose, but I never imagined my nose would look this pretty... ㅠㅠ He told me to follow the treatment closely as I'm still in the recovery process.

I think it would have been really terrible if I had had a forehead flap surgery..
