1st surgery: silicon + nasal septum -> no improvement in the nose, arrow nose due to the tip of the nose coming off Reoperation : silicon + costal cartilage -> improvement in the nose without alar reduction and formation of a natural line at the tip of the nose . When I first said that I would do it with rib cartilage, what if it was too unnatural or fancy, but the hospital I operated on was a director who pursues naturalness, so I'm glad that the line came out naturally even though I did it with rib cartilage! The downside is that it feels hard when you touch it because it's ribbed, but other than that, I'm satisfied.
