[Low Nose] Review of 9 gallons of nose surgery

I thought it would be pretty with just a nose, so I went to a place that was reputed to be good at it, but in the end, it didn't suit me. I waited and waited, but I think it's safe to say that it's the finished look right after the splint was removed.
