[Arrow Nosw] A review of nose surgery as soon as I turned 20

This is from 5 years ago.. It was low and arrow-shaped. During the consultation, they said they would put ear cartilage in the tip of the nose with silicone on the bridge of the nose, but on the day of the surgery, they said they would only put cartilage in the tip of the nose and tie it. They said yes and proceeded with the surgery. After doing , I was very satisfied for about a year, but after that, the tip of my nose started to go down ㅠ ㅠ ㅠ Still, I live with satisfaction because it is natural and not artificial.
