The tip of your nose is really high for 1 to 3 months after nose surgery. You should not think that this is your nose. From the 4th month, it becomes more natural, but the tip of the nose continues to drop even though it is still high (this is unavoidable when using autologous cartilage). Even after about a year, I can feel it getting lower little by little. If the tip of the nose was originally high, it will not fall much. Currently, it has been about a year and a half. However, the tip of the nose (due to the septal cartilage) is about halfway between the height of the original nose and the height of the nose 2 months after surgery.
