My ears and nose really didn't hurt at all, except for the smell of the costal cartilage. I wanted a completely straight line because of my slightly short nose and upturned nose, but even considering the swelling, I couldn't lift the tip of my nose and it was almost straight. Will it come down more over time? I'll leave another review after the splint is off
