I had a revision surgery because of my saddle nose.
I went to three hospitals specializing in revision nose surgery for
consultations and had the surgery at Yonsei Saint, who was the best at understanding my problems.
Yonsei Saint was the hospital I went to for consultation when I had my first surgery, so I should have had it done here a long time ago.
The cost was ... Although the cost was a bit high because it was a reoperation and a special case of the nose,
I had confidence in the doctor because he presented realistic solutions and detailed results after the surgery. I
was able to make a clear decision about the surgery after seeing before and after photos of saddle noses in cases similar to mine.
During the surgery, they used donated costal cartilage while reconstructing the nasal septum, filled in the hollowed-out area,
and even restored the alar cartilage that had been damaged during the nose tip surgery.
The director said it was not an easy surgery because there were parts that were new throughout the restoration, reconstruction, and reoperation.
I think it came out a lot better than I thought... I would have been satisfied if it looked better than it is now, but
when I first decided to have surgery, they made my nose into the shape I wanted.
They didn't just do it for treatment purposes, but I liked it for plastic surgery as well. I'm happy that I did it...
There's still some swelling from the surgery, but I think it's already a success, so I'm posting my before and after reviews.
