[Low Nose] First nose surgery 5 years ago

I had my first rhinoplasty at Kirin 5 years ago, and the tip of my nose drooped, so I'm thinking about reoperation. There is a hook on the lower nose, so it seems that the bridge of the nose was implanted, and the tip of the nose was ear cartilage + nose tip tying. It was so pretty in the beginning, but now it's round. Fortunately, there were no other side effects.
