[Nostrils] Nostril reduction successful

I had a nostril reduction 5 years ago, and I was satisfied with the effect immediately after the surgery! Originally, it was a bokko, but even after the nostrils were reduced, the bokkoki (?) remained ㅜㅜ It's the limit of not being pitiful.. I've been living with shading + highlighter all the time, but it's all erased when I wear a mask. After all, I'm looking into nose surgery... I've been through nose surgery because I'm afraid I'll die, but it's still scary. I was quite satisfied with the reduction of the nose, but I was thinking about doing it again, but if I do it rashly, I'm looking for it because I can't do it even if I want to do nose surgery later.
