I decided to have rhinoplasty because the nose hole was visible from the front and the side profile was not pretty. In One Pick, I did the bridge of the nose, the fin nose, the bokko, the extension technique, and the bijou. I am satisfied that not only the shape of the nose has changed, but the overall side line has been improved.
