Regarding the surgical site - two other places even recommended nose tip surgery, so I was worried about it, but the surgery seems to be too big. He told me that it would be okay with just tying up the nose and cheeks, so I believed it and had the surgery. Its been a month now, and Im very satisfied with the conclusion lol.
