[Low Nose] After 10 years of rhinoplasty, I decided to re-operate again...

I had surgery with ear cartilage and silicone uncovered 12 years ago... It was too artificial and I had to remove only the silicone due to the silicone inflammatory reaction and I lived for over 10 years..... ..I have a desire for reoperation again..I dont think I can do it when I get older.....Its not that the shape of my nose right now is weird or something like that...I dont like the tip of my nose....The last month I received counseling while visiting a hospital that is famous for nose reoperation for a while, but the more I get counseling, the more difficult it is. And whether or not to put the silicone back in!!! Even now, my nose isnt weird, but Im going crazy because Im worried about what to do if I fail again after undergoing surgery for nothing.
