hello ! This is a one month review. I did the nose tip and hook surgery with no implants without silicone. At first, like everyone else, I did a lot of research because of the fear of side effects and the reluctance of surgery. So, Im writing this with the hope that it will be helpful to those who are struggling like me! As for the reason for choosing the hospital, the biggest reason was the candid manager and the kindly listening director. At first, the head of the department recommended only improvements in a compact way, and he even asked if I should do more, but it was good that he cut it off because it was too much. He said that he could get the shape he wanted without using silicone, and he tended to give advice in a safe and natural way, and he has a cool style. Regarding surgery, I consulted with the doctor, and since I am a curious person, he answered in detail about the surgical method and procedure even though I had a lot of questions. What I felt from the consultation with the director was that he emphasized safe surgery and surgery without side effects. Never overdo it! I think Director Gam has made up his mind to listen and communicate with what I want. As much as you listened carefully, the results came out in the direction I wanted, and I thought you would communicate the best before and after surgery. I thought it was conscientious because he explained the side effects in detail. It feels like you are carefully thinking about what looks natural and pretty. Sweet.. Since there is only one director, there is no risk of surrogate surgery. And I could feel the attention paid to them even after surgery. This is really important, the pre-surgery is important, but the post-surgery care is also really important. The director is famous for being very meticulous. In fact, even after the surgery, I was very satisfied with the follow-up care. You check it yourself every time you visit, and I feel relieved. I wanted the design to be colorful and natural, but I think they matched the needs as much as possible. In fact, I was hesitant to make the decision to prefer natural things because I like flashy things, but nevertheless, I made the final decision with confidence in the directors skills, safety, harmony, communication, and honesty! :) If you look at the reviews of the director, he does a pretty good job from a gorgeous line to a natural line. Those of you who read my reviews must have seen a lot of good reviews too! I also read a lot of good reviews, but they were all sincere reviews.. What I wanted to improve were the hook and the tip of the nose. The hook is slightly polished, and the nose has a sense of height, so I decided not to use silicone. After the surgery, I was worried about the fact that I had the surgery. Even without implants, its like this, but if its silicone, it seems like youve been very concerned about it. There are also side effects. I told you that the line is a straight line that is close to a straight line. Right after the surgery, I was puzzled because it didnt hurt, I didnt pour any. It took about two to two and a half hours. It was good for Obli to take pictures after the surgery and before putting the splint on. He dont mind looking at the photos for a week and he wonders. But even if it doesnt hurt, the day the anesthesia is removed for a while is just crazy... My ears hurt the most and it was hard to wake up once an hour. I thought I couldnt do it twice, Im tired, my throat hurts, my nose is wet, and it bleeds. The first day is really hard. It improved over the course of a day, but I think there are individual differences. It was uncomfortable to sleep for up to two days, but it was better to breathe because the cotton was removed. The cotton can be removed after a day. On the 3rd day, the face is very swollen and the eyes are crowded. Since then, it has not swelled any more and seems to have just fallen out. Its a time when I dont want to look in the mirror again... I heard that whether the surgery went well or not depends on the swelling. Although it was covered by the splint, I was satisfied with the nose that claimed to be through it, and I was very satisfied because the tip of the nose went up! After a week, you will be going to take the splint off, but at that time, the sharp feeling is strong. Still, its prettier than before, and the complex has improved, so I liked it! Right after the splint is removed, only the nose is visible. I was thankful that the director praised me even at the end of the consultation saying, “But it went really well..” It was nice to hear that the desk and the people who treat you all said it went well. Looking at the picture back then, it was swollen than it is now, but personally, it looked taller, so I liked it even if it was swollen. Confidence also increases when meeting friends and taking pictures. The swelling isnt too bad, so Im waiting for the swelling to subside. If its uncomfortable after its over, is it that the nose is blocked for a week or two because you had nose surgery, and its difficult to blow your nose? I never said not to do it at the hospital. Ive only been exercising for a month. My nose doesnt get stuffy when I exercise. And I have rhinitis, and you said that it would be functionally easier to breathe if you hold the curved one, but it really made breathing easier. For those with rhinitis, the director takes care of the functional aspect, so its a one stone two set. The delicacy and sweetness of the director are national treasures.. However, he said that it is better to live in a calm line without overdoing it because the nose is sensitive until at least six months. I am completely satisfied because I think I did a good job with a good director in a good hospital. Satisfaction is very high even if only one complex is removed. Still, its a major surgery, so I hope that those who read my review will make a good decision after careful consideration! Its my personal opinion, but I hope it helps those who are struggling!
