[Low Nose] The nose is long and high, (please see if it is broken..)

Hello, its been 26 days since I had my first nose surgery. I wanted to do it the most since I turned 20, but my nose was low and big before. +Nostril reduction +Nose tip ear cartilage +Nose bridge silicone 5mm.. The doctor said that the bridge of the nose was too low and should be 3mm or more, so I was going to put in 3.5 or 4mm, but he said he put in 5mm after surgery. ???????????? how much does silicone removal cost? Because of the length, the middle part also looks longer and more uglier.
