I was thinking about plastic surgery for the first time too, and I searched a lot of reviews, but it really helped me a lot. So, Im going to leave a review in order to repay the amount I received. There dont seem to be many reviews about donated dermis (Megaderm), so Ill try to write as much detail as possible. I am a man. ( I think it would be more detailed to reveal the gender ) 1. Why donated dermis? - First of all, I was too scared to use silicone. They say the probability of inflammation is high, and even if its okay right now, it seems that after 10 or 20 years, there will always be side effects such as inflammation. I never wanted to have a revision surgery. 2. Surgical process ? - Megaderm 5 mm on the bridge of the nose, reinforcement on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage on the tip of the nose, tying the tip of the nose? I think I did something like that. I did not add any surgical procedure to change my existing body (except for the bridge of the nose). For example, osteotomy (reshaping by breaking bones..?) or reduction of the nostrils 3. Absorption of the donor dermis (Megaderm)? - This is probably the one you are most curious about. Ummm... Its kebake, but I think it absorbs a lot. Basically, I put it in 5mm and over-corrected it, but looking at it now... I just think that I did a good job of over-correcting it. Its going down. As it goes down with the swelling, it seems to go away even faster in the beginning. After about a month, you can go out if you wear a mask, but after the third month, it becomes really natural. Now I just want you to stop falling for it. I wrote my previous post about 3 months ago, and if you look at that, you can see how troubled I was because my nose was too high. But, I whined at the doctor for nothing, and later I felt sorry for that. Oh, and my biggest concern was the feeling that the starting point of the nose was too high, so the bridge of the nose was lowered. But as the bridge of the nose lowered, the starting point of the nose also came down. 4. It is said that the donor dermis becomes bumpy? - This is also a bit vague. When I felt that the shape of my existing nose came out a little, it seems to fit.. What it means is that if you have a little bulge or there is a protruding part, it feels like the shape is coming out a little. Its not serious. I think women will be very concerned about this.. Personally, I can only think of a nose that is too straight for anyone looking at it. I think the curves and slight curves of a natural nose not only add to the natural look, but can also be your own personality. 5. Inflammation..? - I dont know about this either. It seems that a lot of sebum is accumulating around the nose, but I cant touch my nose because Im afraid. 6. Overall Review - Very satisfied. Except for the nose, he was handsome, so it seems that the person I am now is doing really well. But for about a month after the surgery, is this really true? Time seems to be the answer for both those who have just had surgery and those who will soon. When I heard that I could have the surgery again in 2 weeks, I really wanted to do it again, but looking back, it was all stupid. Lets all fight and be patient for one more month. I left all the things you thought were curious about the donor dermis surgery. Oh, and its a personal opinion, but dont make your nose smaller, everyone.. In most cases, raising the tip of the nose is a problem that can be solved naturally, but after reducing the nose, the tip of the nose becomes a real 1 1 outlet; It really looks like a lot of surgery. The best thing about the donated dermis + the tip of my nose is that its really natural. I cant upload the picture because Im embarrassed.
