[Blessed Nose] Choosing a hospital after consultation with Bokko

Im thinking about choosing a hospital after consulting with the nose. If you want to have nose surgery, but your nasal septum is weak, if you cant use it, Im worried about using a catrish or a donor rib. I think it will go well without any major side effects, but in the review, there is a post about reducing the nostrils and regretting it so much that it bothers me... I am wondering whether I should consult with the hospital more and decide whether I should do it here, or there has been a place where I consulted with a large hospital, but I have to think about it.
