[Hawk Nose] 4 months after surgery

I slightly removed the hook and raised it, but Im worried that the nose is still visible. In particular, I had to take a photo for an anniversary, so I was really upset when everyone who looked at the photos said something bad about their nose.. They say everything is better, but because you can see the nose from the front, the image is cheap even if the nose is taller? Im upset that it seems too far away from the luxurious look...
