[Hawk Nose] I had my first surgery 10 years ago

My acquaintance did it here and it went well, so I didnt get counseling at several places at the time, but I chose it because the director here was honest and kind when he talked to me. There were a few ribs, so I shaved them and put silicone in them, but the nose was so big that it felt like only the nose was visible, so I was thinking about reoperation. Now, the director has opened in another place, and the director was a very nice person.
