I wanted a silicone nose shape, but I went to a total of 3 consultations, and all 3 hospitals recommended not to put implants. I cant remember because it was a long time ago, but at the hospital where I finally had the surgery, they said that they would improve the shape and function without raising the bridge of the nose much by putting a thin film on the bridge of the nose. (I cant remember) As a result, I got a smooth straight nose, and when I took off the bandage 5 days after the operation, my first thought was, Oh, Ill put an implant to make it higher. Its like. Well, the surgery itself went well, and there are no side effects or functional problems, so from here on, I will not talk about hospitals, but about cosmetic side effects from general nose surgery. First of all, even before rhinoplasty, the length of the central part, or in other words, the nose, was not short, but it was not long either. This is something that not only me but also many people who have had rhinoplasty are talking about it. Even though I didnt add silicone, the feeling of chalk was less and the brow area didnt get too high, the length of the nose was longer and the middle part was longer. I think the so-called horsesang (if not to that extent) feeling has come a little bit. Even if no implants are inserted, it is true that the glabellar side is higher and the length is also longer. Also, in the case of Meburiko, if the nose bridge is curved and it is shaved off to make a straight nose bridge, it seems that the nose is more likely to look longer from the front. In particular, if you have a narrow face and long face like me, I expect your nose to look longer. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the improvement of the shape, but the length of the nose is longer and the overall proportion seems to have decreased. Im talking about the rhinoplasty itself, not the hospital problem. Those who have a short midline may not care, but if you have a long face and not a short nose, it would be better to think carefully or ask that you do not touch the area between the brows even if you have surgery.
