The director told me that he might not be able to get down as much as he wanted with thin skin, and he said he would do his best to overcome the complex. It has now been 6 months since the nose revision surgery and I am very satisfied. The complex of asymmetry of the nostrils has also disappeared, and the tip of the nose is lowered as much as possible, so it seems that no one can see it as a short nose now.
