10 years ago, I had nose surgery with only ear cartilage. I did that because the nose height didnt need to be supplemented. At the time, I did this because I couldnt see the nostrils when I was young, but after doing it, my nose looks long and looks homeless.. Haha. Its natural for it to be long since its an extension surgery. Please consider it!
