I had nose + nasal septum surgery.. I'm just 2 weeks into today, and from the first day, I felt that both sides of my nose were severely uneven. The nose has fallen out to some extent, the nostrils have become smaller, and the nose that was raised has come down, but the right nose is still fat. Is this swelling cartilage? Something very hard, like the one on the left side, is touched. Because it's so different... . Is there anyone similar to me..???
