I had nose surgery at Gaam 20 years ago.
It was done so naturally with Gore-Tex that
7 years later, I tied the tip of my nose with ear cartilage, but I'm the only one who knows...
Dr. Heo pursues naturalness so much that
unless you have a double nose, the level of satisfaction seems to be high.
He was surprised that the surgery was free when he had just the tip of his nose done 7 years ago.
However,
I still don't like the tip of my nose,
so I've been struggling lately.
I went to two aesthetic clinics and Conopy
and made an appointment for a Rococo consultation.
The esthetician suggested everything from his fracture to the reduction of the inner nostril, but
since it is a reconstruction hospital, I think there are limits to the line.
Dr. Konopy said I could just live with it and
strongly recommended removing the columella, but
I am hesitant because my face is narrow and long.
Would it be better to remove the columella from my nose?
