First of all, there was no pain and no side effects yet!
I'm not good at sleeping while sitting up, so after a week, I think I mostly slept lying down... I'm sure I was sleeping sitting up, but I was lying down. I think the swelling went down very quickly because I drank a lot of pumpkin juice and walked for more than an hour every day. However, the bruising around my nose lasted for a long time and lasted for
about a month. The skin is thick only at the tip of my nose, so it is still going away and they said it would take at least three months!
I'm very satisfied now. I'm just waiting for the tip of my nose to disappear hahaha.
