This is a side effect of excessive reduction and attachment of the nostril, which causes the tissue to be pulled and tightened due to a lack of tissue, putting pressure on the sides of the nostril... Reduction of the nostril should be done very carefully, finding a place where it can be done without overdoing it, and taking great care to do it as much as possible. I do not recommend undergoing reduction surgery to cut the tissue behind the nose... I had really wide nose bridges, but I wonder how drastic the reduction would have been to reduce it to such an unbearable level that it would be difficult... And when I lie down, the crackling sound in my nose continues. . Why on earth is this like this? Even though I told the hospital, they didn't take it as a big deal. Is there anyone who has experienced something like this? Rather than spend the rest of my life in this difficult situation, even if some scars remain, I would like to reattach the tissue and stretch it even a little to be free from the pressure of excessive tightening and pulling. If you have any information about a place where reconstructive surgery can be performed well, I would be grateful if you could give me the information. Among the places I found, there was a plastic surgery center called Aone that transplants skin and cartilage at the same time to increase the lack of nasal tissue. Unfortunately, there was one.
