This is a month after surgery.
I shaved my beak, lowered my nose, and raised the tip of my nose with nasal septum & ear cartilage.
Now, my nose has come down a lot, and people I've never seen had no idea that I had surgery, but it became more natural!
I also do makeup freely.
However, the tip of the nose is still stiff and there is tension in the muscles, so it's a bit unnatural when you smile, and it's hard to go below the upper lip... haha But I'm very, very
