One more time after rhinoplasty

I have 3 things: low and short nose + skin that doesn't stretch + thin skin . First surgery, my forehead was too high and silicone-induced inflammation caused me to have a second surgery at the same hospital . Second surgery, using donated ribs + replacing silicone. But my nose tip was almost gone after the surgery, and now it's drooping? That's why I'm stressed ^^ In the end, I'm going to go to the hospital again this week, a year and a half after the surgery~ I'm so stressed ㅠㅠ
