Review of nose surgery in Seomyeon 7 years ago

I had rhinoplasty at ABC Plastic Surgery 7 years ago using silicone on the bridge of the nose and ear cartilage on the tip of the nose! People around me say it went well, but as time goes by, the tip of my nose falls off a bit and the silicone also becomes wobbly, so I'm planning to have a repeat surgery.
