Is the bean-like thing between the two eyebrows bone? Is it inflammation?

I underwent revision rhinoplasty 1 month after rhinoplasty. I made a promise while lying in bed after the first surgery that even if I died, I would not be able to do rhinoplasty again. People who undergo revision rhinoplasty say that they are amazing... but I can understand 100% of the feelings of those undergoing revision surgery. Before the surgery, my nose wasn't too low, but during the first surgery, my eyebrows were raised so high that it reminded me of Taekwon V. Even so, I became a strong-looking man with a strong impression.. After a month of reoperation, I drastically lowered my eyebrows and even shaved my bones. I had a fairly round mucous membrane. When I pressed it, it went in and came out again, so I thought it was swelling and didn't care, but it got bigger and bigger, so I didn't want to see it like a person with a nose injury. I went to the hospital today, the 2nd week, and the doctor said "Oh! It's a bone!" ㅡ,.ㅡ;; He said it was okay to hit it, but he just pressed it.. Suddenly, nosebleeds dripped from his nose.. I don't know if the protruding bone or inflammation. Anyone know? I received about a week's worth of antibiotics (did you know that it's not covered by insurance?). Sam says let's see... I have to go to the hospital for a while. Does anyone have this experience? I'm really tired now. I don't want to see the "surname" of a plastic surgeon after only going back and forth to the hospital and home for a month and a half.

I agree with the 3 lines above!! Isn't it inflammation or swelling?/ I'm slightly swollen right now.
