5 years ago, I had my nose straightened with Elsa Silicone, but the tip of my nose was raised and it looked like a snub nose.
I searched for Elsa Silicone on Naver and it said it was dangerous.
I tried to go to the hospital where I had the surgery to get a consultation, but the hospital disappeared hahaha. They said it was closed haha;;
I was thinking about just living like this, but the nostrils are very visible from the front, and my nose is a bit blunt.
I have a very boxy nose feel, so I decided to have a revision nose surgery.
I thought it would be best to go to a place where an acquaintance who had a good nose surgery did it, so I thought it would be best to go to a place where an acquaintance who had
a good nose surgery did it.
I asked the child who had the reoperation and received a consultation at the hospital. The comments I prepared before going to the hospital were
1. I want to remove the L-shaped silicone that was put in during the first surgery because it is dangerous
. 2. Silicone is okay for the bridge of the nose, and if possible, I want to use my own ear cartilage for the nasal septum.
3. When viewed from the front, the nostrils are too visible, so I wonder if it is possible to make them invisible.
4. Is it okay to lower the tip of my nose because of my upturned nose?
5. I want to get a double nose, but I am worried that it will go over my budget and that even if I do it, it will not be effective.
I prepared these five comments and the manager said it would be okay if I added a double nose. The director said that he would match the budget as much as possible.
What the director said was
1. It is possible to remove the L-shape and use silicone, and the septum can be made with autologous ear cartilage
. 2. Because of the upturned nose, if you lower the tip of the nose, it will actually make an arrow nose.
3. If you raise the columella and lower the angle of the tip slightly, the nostrils will be less visible. 4. I think
it would be good to have a double nose.
Ultimately , I decided
on silicone removal + columbine raising + nose tip lowering + double nose correction + silicone + auto-auricular cartilage.
I set the surgery date as soon as possible. This is my first time uploading a photo to Seongyesa, so I'm wondering if it's right to do it this way.
I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and focus on snub nose, puffy nose, and swelling!
Oh, and I still have bruises. Do I still have bruises in the first week?
When I had my first surgery, the swelling was severe in the first week, but there were no bruises, but this time,
I'm worried because there were some bruises... Did people who had revision rhinoplasty also have bruises in the first week?
I'm not good at words, so I wrote this at length, but
I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look. ㅠㅠ
