Shaved my nose bridge, tied cartilage to silicone, and grafted ear cartilage.... It was done under closed and local anesthesia..... What I felt after the surgery is...... Local anesthesia is really, really, really not good..... Actually, before I had my nose surgery, I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled as a warm-up to feel the pain of local anesthesia and pain relief.... Getting wisdom teeth pulled is famous for being really painful..... That's why I asked in advance during my surgery consultation.... Does getting my wisdom teeth pulled hurt more...? Does getting my nose surgery hurt more...? The doctor said that there are many nerves in the gums, so it hurts when you pull out your wisdom teeth.... On the other hand, rhinoplasty only hurts when you're under anesthesia and doesn't hurt much after the surgery.... But............. I was foolish to believe that... Rhinoplasty.... Anesthesia... Yes~~~~ it really hurts.... What's more, I lost some blood and the anesthesia ran down, so by the end of the surgery, the anesthesia wore off and my flesh was tingling.... It feels like bone being scraped..... It really hurts.... It's like grinding basalt on granite.... Anyway, for someone who's serious, the pain of rhinoplasty was about x100 compared to the pain of wisdom tooth extraction... Those of you who are about to get rhinoplasty... Get general anesthesia..... Unless you're extremely strong-willed, I really don't recommend local anesthesia. Right now.... Since it's the first day of surgery, only the bridge of my nose is swollen a lot and the other parts aren't as swollen.... Since my nose was ugly to begin with.... My family says... Even though it's swollen , my nose now looks better than before the surgery.... They say the surgery I had was orthopedic, not plastic surgery.... I felt like I'd be offended... but I think it was a compliment^^ This Seongye Hospital is not that famous, but I saw pictures after the surgery a few minutes ago... It turned out really well..... I'll have to wait until the swelling goes down, but I like the shape of my nose now... It was a pretty quiet hospital in Cheongdam-dong.... Well...... I went ahead with the surgery thinking that they had to do well to make a living in that expensive land.... Anyway, I hope the swelling goes down a little and I'm going to apply a cold compress to my nose..... (I bought 10 Jjujju bars and put them in the fridge....ㅋㄷㅋㄷ) I'll upload pictures when the swelling goes down~~~ Let's all become pretty!!!!
