First, around 2019, the first thing that comes up when you search for a deviated septum (1) I went to a chain-type otolaryngology Samsung branch and postponed it because I was afraid of the details of the operation, but the complex is still there and the timing is right. and went From around March to April this year, (2) a hospital that belongs to the hospital level among plastic surgery, (3) a famous otolaryngology among otolaryngology, (4) and a clinic where an otolaryngologist also serves as a beauty nose, (5) a chain type visited in 2019 I have been to a total of five places , including otolaryngology Jongno branch (revisit another branch in 2021) . Each had its pros and cons, and I think it was pretty broken even with CT and transportation costs. I will describe them in order. (1) Chain-type otolaryngology Samsung branch > septal curvature/rhinitis/rhinitis+fin nose plastic surgery=320(actual cost)+170(fin nose and cosmetic)=4.9 million won, nasal septum (+possibility of using ear cartilage), 1 hour under sedation. The facilities were good and the consultation was good, but the doctor was looking at my Facebook when I entered and the consultation was sloppy, so there was something wrong with the rapport. It seemed to be bothering me, and I felt a little uncomfortable. And I went to the consultation thinking that it would be a quick correction of my nose, and I was very scared because it was the first time I heard of an operation that 'incision' the nose was made. So I lived with it and put it on hold. (2) Hospitals classified as hospital-grade among plastic surgery > deviated septum/rhinitis/rhinitis+fin nose plastic surgery = 370 (actual cost) + 150 (fin nose and cosmetic) = 5.2 million won, recommendation to use nasal septum + donor ribs, explain the use of own ribs, 2 hours under general anesthesia. Then this year, I wanted to do nose correction, so I went to the hospital that was classified as 'hospital grade' after a search. To be honest, I didn't know that it was classified as a hospital from the beginning, but I went there because I saw names everywhere. I arrived late, so I could only consult with the manager, but he was kind, but he was so kind and he recites non-stop, so I felt like a mechanical person. The next day, I had a doctor's consultation again, and the doctor's consultation lasted 3 minutes or less. Unlike the rest of the hospitals, he was the only one who recommended the use of donated wolves (I can't remember if it was Alloderm), and after seeing a video on YouTube that became very mushy after the treatment of donated wolves, I went to ask about the donated wolf, and he explained that as well. It wasn't because it was a donor wolf, but it was because of the video that was moving after the treatment . It was hospital-grade and I liked the facility the most, but I didn't get a good impression when I consulted with the doctor. (3) Otolaryngology > Nasal septal curvature/nasal valve/rhinitis BUT Finko, etc. The above consultations were not carried out because I do not do cosmetic surgery. I think I heard it for 2 hours under sedation. When I inquired with an acquaintance who had septal curvature insurance, he said he would go to the otolaryngology department, so I found out and found out that it is a famous place. I liked the impression of the doctor on YouTube (not overly friendly, not too insensitive, I just felt like a patient-to-doctor!), and it was the same as in the video. I felt like a 1:1 consultation, and thank you for taking care of me and checking me out for even the slightest inconvenience. In addition to CT scans, various tests were performed. However, he said that this place does not do rhinoplasty, so he referred me as a fellow doctor who came out of the otolaryngology department and practiced. It was a place called lol. If I had had a medical condition other than a finko, I think I would have been treated for a deviated septum here. The devices are diverse and new, and the principle (?) not to be cosmetic is also the most responsible and trustworthy. I tried to go to the place you refurbished with a business card when the time comes, but I was too tired to go to the list below, so I couldn't go. (4) A place where an otolaryngologist specializes in cosmetic rhinoplasty > deviated septum / nasal valve / rhinitis + rhinoplasty = 230 (actual cost) + 150 (fin nose and beauty) + 10 (reservation deposit) = 3.8 million won, nasal septum (+possibility of using ear cartilage), 2 hours under sedation. During a blog search, I came to know about it by leaving a comment on a review rather than a promotion, and as I searched up to this point, I learned enough information on my own, and I came to see the doctor's history as important. This is a place that people visit for reoperation, contracture, congenital anomalies, etc., and I decided to trust and believe in seeing that people who have acquired even specialists who are not otolaryngologists have steadily built up their careers. In fact, at first, the facility felt like it was older than I thought, and during counseling, not only correcting the fanny nose, but also recommending more stories (nose bridge height, osteotomy, reduction of the nostrils, etc.) I was worried because the bar felt different from the bar), but on the last consultation on the day of surgery, I clearly said that I would like to be satisfied with my nose and improve my nose. (Isn't that right?) There was a deposit of 100,000 won here. I think I've seen people say don't go to places that take reservations, but it's not a bigger amount, so I thought I'd feel more comfortable even if I canceled just before, so I just paid and made a reservation. This was the last place I went to for a consultation, and it seemed that the facility had a year of age as well. So, I wondered if it was a good thing that I came to the same hospital or a different branch, but the doctor was very, very kind! Rather, it was the last place I visited, so I was kind enough to explain it from the patient's point of view, so I thought it would be difficult to explain because there was information I knew. Until the end, I had a lot of trouble between the two, but somehow, I had surgery at (4). Not only as a doctor, but as a person as well, I felt that he was sincere, observant in every way, and trying to do his best, so I gained trust. In terms of doctor satisfaction, (3) and (5) teachers were really good. I had to take a new CT scan as the Samsung branch had one year ago, but now I see that a new CT scan is free. I thought a lot about surgery, but because (4) showed a lot of cases, I went to re-consultation and fixed the reservation date, so I did it at (4).
