About 10 years ago, I got greedy while doing my eyes and got my nose done at the same time. My nose was short, low, and slightly boxy, so I put 5mm of silicone in and added ear cartilage to the tip of my nose. Perhaps because it's been a while, the silicone shows through, and I'm worried about side effects, so I'm thinking about getting it removed.
