Is this the cost of my first nose surgery!?

I had a surgery appointment and then cancelled it. People around me kept saying I was crazy and that it was expensive for a second surgery, so I felt like I was being ripped off, so I cancelled it. I had a consultation at the Shinnonhyeon S.O. Plastic Surgery Clinic, and they did a nose tip incision + slightly shaved the beak and septum cartilage (ear, nose cartilage). Is this the cost of 440 for the first surgery? It's non-prosthetic .
