Review of medial incision alar reduction surgery

I had been worried about my first plastic surgery for several years, but since I live with my parents, I had no choice but to do it at a hospital specializing in medial incisions so they wouldn't be found out. I'm very satisfied! The feeling of the side nostrils standing out has definitely been reduced and the nostrils are less visible. Instead, it was a medial incision and the nose was originally round, so it's a bit sad that no one knows what was done. Still, I'm satisfied because the main goal was to eliminate the presence of the nostrils.
