Philtrum and mouth after nose surgery

I shaved off my nose and filled the tip with cartilage. It's almost approaching a month now. The swelling has gone down a lot compared to the first time, but I'm concerned that the left and right sides are different. Is the angle of the philtrum bent? Like 'pressing', I can't overlap my upper and lower lips like before. Does this have to be like this for the rest of my life, or will it become possible with time? That's what we women do when we press our lipstick...
