This is an uncommon style in our country with tall and large hooked beaks. Even as a woman, I was under a lot of stress.
My goal was not to make the shape pretty, but to shave it well, take good care of the bones, and shape it as much as possible within the large nose. The shape was important, but there was a lot of cutting and the nose was very curved from the front, so it would have been nice to have a normal nose.
Other people grind or shave the beak only by cutting the septum, but I had to cut all the way to the cartilage from the beginning of the beak to the tip of the nose. From to the 1/3 point..? I cut out the bone. I also cut the side bone to correct the crooked nose from the front. The tip of the nose was sagging, so I slightly raised the angle of the cartilage.
I knew it was a surgery several times more difficult than raising a small nose, so I just hoped I wouldn't fail. I sold it without any hesitation. I had many consultations at a famous place, and after listening to the explanation, I thought to myself, “Oh, this is a really talented person,” so I made a reservation deposit. The money was very expensive. It was a hospital famous for being expensive, but it was more expensive than I thought. I paid 600 won ( Other places are usually in the mid to high 400s + there are no promotional discounts or cash discounts, so it was more expensive)
It's a waste of money, but it's not a waste(?) LOL I can't remember, but he said he doesn't have more than two or three nose surgeries a day, and my nose has a difficult nose, so I got that nose. He said he didn't even make an appointment for a consultation for 6 hours on the day of the surgery. That's because I was under sedation and the anesthesia wore off a little when I made the bevel osteotomy and when I sewed it at the end. But I could feel that the director was performing the surgery with great care.. everything. It's not like a shadow doctor or something like that. Even when finishing the last step, he carefully sutured every single stitch... haha.
The result was a success. In fact, I just lived without thinking that it was a success, but when I looked at the gallery, I thought, wow, I really succeeded compared to before, so I'm uploading it. From the front, it's just curved. It has gotten better and has become thinner due to the external osteotomy. However, since it has become thinner without raising it, I am satisfied even though it is not dramatic. It may be that the swelling has gone down a bit because it is still 4 months old. Instead, the side profile has become much better than crazy. In the past, it was called a witch's nose. If you've heard, now you've heard that it's a tall, pretty nose. I asked for it to be slightly straighter than straight, but it seems to suit me better.
I know that big noses like mine aren't common in our country, but I'm posting this to help the few people who have noses like mine.
