At the beginning of the month, I had a low nose and nostril reduction surgery. Since my nostrils were the most stressful for me, I looked for a hospital to only have the nostril reduction, and since my nostrils were wide, I had to do it with an incision, so I focused on a hospital that could have the surgery done without showing the surgical site. I chose Konopi because it seemed to have the least noticeable surgical scar, and after consulting, they said that if I only reduced the nostrils, it could be difficult to raise my nose later, so I raised the height as well.
I was so satisfied because I felt that my nostrils were smaller after the surgery. My nose also got a lot higher. The materials used were donated ribs, ear cartilage, and silicone. I had a lot of concerns about autologous ribs, but I chose donated ribs because of the cost and the need for quick recovery. The director explained the disadvantages of donated ribs (high absorption rate) well, so I was aware of them and chose it. The photo is from about a month after the surgery. The swelling has gone down a lot so it looks natural, but when I open my mouth wide or forcefully show my upper teeth, my nose still feels pulled and uncomfortable. ㅠㅠ I think I'll have to wait for about 3 months for the pulling feeling to slowly get better.
Overall, it looks natural, but I'm satisfied because the surgical effects turned out as well as I wanted!
The last picture is before the surgery.
