I have a very small and short nose. It's a bit difficult to get a nose job because it doesn't stretch well . I had my first surgery at Busan HN, and there wasn't much of a difference. Then I got greedy and went to OLM to get 5mm silicone. At first, I liked it because it suited me well even though I looked like a foreigner. Now that the swelling has all gone down, it looks very natural. But I'm personally satisfied.
