At the time, I had osteotomy and silicone for nasal septum because of the bulge, but I was disappointed as soon as I took the splint off because it looked so natural, but I think I was disappointed because I usually have a nose bridge. Rather, as time passed, I came to realize that natural beauty is pretty. If there is a downside, except that the sagging of the tip of the nose came too quickly and the beauty did not last long, I had a good time until 7 years. The wish for a lower glabellar nose bridge (original straight nose) led to dissatisfaction, which led to the decision to undergo reoperation after 7 years.
