First of all, I would like to inform you that this is a photo taken two months after surgery.
I don't have any major complaints about the height, and I was very scared
of silicone, so I went with non-implants (but now I'm thinking about reoperation to add a nose bridge...)
Originally, my nose was very thick,
and the flesh at the bridge of my nose was very thick, and even though I didn't have surgery, it was
a total mess. It was a fine nose + the
director said it was a difficult nose to operate on
and told me not to have high expectations that it wouldn't change much if I did it without an implant,
so
I nailed it before surgery , so I got osteotomy + short nose correction + pinched nose correction + columella surgery + crooked nose correction + double nose correction ( I tried it, but they said it would be useless to reduce the nasal bridge (since the nose bridge is thick)
and I used the nasal septum + ear cartilage.
A friend who was receiving counseling with me was recommended a donor rib because it looked like she did
n't have a nasal septum, but fortunately I had a nasal septum because my nose was big. At first, I liked it because it looked very natural and clean without any crooked or crooked nostrils, but the bridge of my nose was starting to look really low, so I decided to have silicone inserted. I'm thinking about itㅠ Except for the fact that I'm greedy, the surgery seems to be functionally good. Here
are
the before/after, after
before and after
ㅠㅠ
+ I guess I should put silicone in it...? I was too scared to do it because my body suffers from inflammation, so I didn't do it, but I keep getting greedy.
