Hello , in March 2016, I had rhinoplasty with rhinitis and deviated septum. As it was closed, the nose bridge was made with donated dermis and the tip of the nose was made with autologous septum cartilage . It was better than before, but I liked it the most about 6 months after the surgery If I had known, I would regret making it higher
