Hello~ I had autologous dermal reoperation in December of last year and am now in my 9th month.
At the time of the first nose surgery, I didn't know what it was and I had a small, low, thin nose and had my nose raised with silicone and a nasal septum, which caused
a problem
. After the second reoperation due to the silicone shaking, the silicone improved and improved. The tip of my nose was augmented with a cartilage transplant, but after a year and a half,
I felt anxious every day and had a hard time touching my nose due to the cartilage at the tip of my nose becoming curved, red, etc.
After much deliberation, I asked around and visited Spring Day, and
there was only one thing I wanted. Now, I want to live with a comfortable nose for the rest of my life.
I didn't want the height to be high, but in order to lower it and prevent deformation (upturned nose, etc.) from occurring in the base of the nose, I underwent revision surgery after correcting the upturned nose and extracting dermis from the buttocks, and
went through a quick recovery process. ~
At the time of the surgery, there was no pain, just a feeling of touch, and I was in a hazy state of consciousness. Rather, I was fortunate to be able to hear the medical staff's sincere treatment and learn about the process.
It was different from what I was worried about...
They checked my nose and took the dermis from my buttocks without any problems. If you only take care of your chest after surgery,
your butt may be uncomfortable when doing certain exercises or yoga for several months to several years, but this is something you have to deal with. My daily life is going on without any problems.
I was surprised by the excessive height after the surgery,
but I thought it was like farming for a year, thinking about the absorption process a year later. By the 2nd to 3rd month, they were all high enough to be noticeable, and from the 3rd month onwards, they gradually settled down and absorption progressed.
Because my nose was very low, I had surgery to raise it as high as possible, and as it settled down, the dermis did not receive strength and started to lie down, which I thought was normal. After inquiring, I underwent push-in correction surgery 6 months later, and it was simple and completed quickly.
There was more swelling than the first surgery, but recovery was quick and I was able to return to work without any problems.
I have also seen a lot of posts about the dermis, which says that it disappears later, that it is curved, that it does not come out as desired, that the buttocks are uncomfortable, etc. After doing it myself and experiencing it. I think worry causes more worry.
I am very satisfied with
the follow-up care and the results of the surgery, which are worth the cost of the reoperation
. You can comfortably wash your face while blowing your nose. It feels like my soft flesh and
I am living with a naturally high nose.
Although it may absorb more in the future, I think it will come out at the same height as the silicone. I will not be too greedy and live happily with a comfortable nose.
Those who are concerned about reoperation should also consider dermal reoperation. You can't live with surgery on your nose all the time...
If you want a comfortable nose, there's a cafe, so take a look around^^
