The 5th day of surgery Mesh nose....I used mesh as I wanted, what should I do with this?

Hello , I just posted a review saying that the swelling doesn't go away . I heard that it can be used because the nose is short.. Yes? I don't like the donor. I said I would use it, but my mom didn't even hear that she used a mesh, and I even asked the doctor if I had a nose job while under anesthesia because of my anxiety about nose surgery, and the doctor replied that I didn't use a donor and that I had a nasal septum. But today, the tip of my nose is red. I visited the hospital and found out that absorbable cartilage = mesh was used? What should I do with this... There are also cases of mesh side effects, and it seems to be very difficult to remove if it adheres after a year or two, but what should I do... I'm really scared
