Does anyone who had nose surgery really regret it or think they did a good job?

I was thinking about getting nose surgery because I was worried about my low nose , but when I consulted with doctors, they all said it would be 100% better if I did it. There were no side effects or chances of something going wrong, so I felt a little encouraged, but looking at the reviews here, it seems like there are a lot of people who regret it. Do they really regret getting nose surgery? ? Or is it still better than nothing? I'm really curious. I think I need to do it to gain confidence, but I wonder what if I become more depressed due to the side effects and surgery.
