One month after rhinoplasty...

In early November, after nose surgery, I put silicone and used ear cartilage . On the day the splint was removed, the swelling was severe, so I opened it saying it was a contraceptive and found inflammation.. Yes, I took out the silicone and closed it. Let's even remove the cartilage ㅜㅜ I opened it again and had a cleaning operation.. Now I can hear my nose and it's bumpy because of the breast .. If I hear any contractures, it's all contractures.
