It's been a month since I had the hooked nose surgery . I woke up, but it didn't hurt. It's just uncomfortable to breathe... Now the swelling has gone down a lot, but the swelling remains . Everything else is fine, but the philtrum pulls a lot and the lips tighten a lot.. This will get better with time. I guess? I can't apply lipstick. I 'm satisfied with the nose surgery, but this is the biggest stress right now.
