Hello, I had the surgery again in early August.
If you look at the previous photo, the nose is short and completely lifted, so the nasal column can be seen from the front.
There is no tip skin, the skin is thin, there is a medpore,
there is a very small nasal septum perforation, the mucous membrane is weak, and
I think I have contractures
.
#Silicone Autologous ear cartilage behind the ear,
costing 9.5 million won. Even if the same material is used, the cost varies depending on the condition of the nose and the level of difficulty. Just hearing the price may make you think it is expensive, but
from my point of view after the surgery, the results, follow-up care, and the hardships suffered by the teachers. I called the head of the anesthesiology
department , and
it includes VAT, treatment for a month ,
injections , etc., so I think it's worth the price rather than the price
.
These three things were written down during the consultation, and
the things that the director took care of starting from below:
Columnar width,
columellar volume (from the side view),
columella scar
, wide nostril,
looking pinched from the front (definitely better than before, perfect),
runny nose (surgical mesh) There were side effects, but
now it only comes out when I sneeze several times)
Skin on the tip of the nose appears.
The height, line, and shape
are
like this.
#The time was approximately 10 hours under general anesthesia.
The surgery time was too long, so I asked during the consultation and asked about
harvesting and sculpting the autologous ribs. It's about 4 hours...
and they clean it with antibiotics to prevent inflammation, swelling, and bruising,
stop the bleeding, and do other things.
That's why the surgery seems to take a long
time. After the surgery, you rest in the recovery room for 2-3 hours and then go home, which
is the same as other hospitals.
I was in better condition after waking up
than when I was under anesthesia at the second hospital.
The chief of anesthesiology was also called and he stayed at the hospital until the surgery was completed, so don't worry too much.
Many people who had surgery here that took 5 to 10 hours ended up going home fine after the surgery!
Personally, I think it's more appropriate to consider whether the director's nose style matches your aesthetic standards rather than the surgery time.
#Aftercare is good because it's so famous... haha.
I go to the hospital so often that I'm sick of it.
It's the one I go to the most among plastic surgery clinics in Korea. It's like.....
Don't just get paid to have surgery and then take responsibility for the treatment until the end.
Management is not about swelling lasers or swelling injections.
The director treats everything.
Dressing, applying medicine, shaping silicone, removing stitches
, and receiving fluids. If you say it hurts, look at it carefully.
But what's a little strange here is that there's no mention of steaming...
I've never used steaming, but there was almost no bruising or swelling.
#I'm writing this review because my nose is in great condition, not like a broker.
I didn't get a price discount of 10,000 won during the consultation,
and I didn't receive anything after the surgery. No, I'm
just writing this review because the surgery went so well and I'm grateful for the director's aftercare, and I'm congratulating him on the success of the surgery. I'm also someone who didn't know about the trend until a few months ago, so I think there are many people like me and
I'm writing this review with a grateful heart and want to spread the word as much as possible. Although it's very famous haha)
(If you type ㅌㄹㄷ review in the green window, a post I wrote will appear and I wrote it in more detail. I'm telling you this in case anyone is curious about the details.
I made it public so you can read it even if you are not a member.)

and the back of the phone after surgery.
#Small tip? If so, I called in mid-May and they said I could have a consultation in mid-October, but there was a cancellation slot, so I went for the first consultation at the end of May and the second consultation in mid-June, and the surgery reservations were fully booked,
so I was able to wait a month and have the surgery. So don't give up just because the consultation is too late. Just
wait. If you let go, it can happen much earlier than you think!
Here, I really want to recommend at least a consultation to those who are worried about a short, upturned nose, contracture, columella, or the tip of the nose.
I hope this article provides some hope to those who have a similar type of nose as me.. haha.
[@hihi1913] I prepared for about 10 hours? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠ
I arrived at the hospital by 9:40, got an injection, and met with the director before the surgery. What are you doing? Around 11:00? And the director is my partner at 12:00! I think it will be around 10:00~10:30 at night.
[@Hearts2] Oh, it's pretty. When I heard it, it was just that pretty, but it wasn't a straight nose. But what do you think about the hardness of the ribs? Is there a reason you wrote?
[@lwidskl] Originally, when Kohag was born not long ago, it was always hard... I think it will take about half a year to really know the hardness of the autologous ribs.
I used the nasal septum for the first surgery and ear cartilage for the second, and most hospitals require autologous ribs. But now that I think about it, I mainly consulted hospitals that like to use self-assembly lol. And although I am not a doctor, I felt like I needed to use self-assembly to lower and raise it as much as I wanted.
Wow!! It's really breathtaking.
I, too, have uneven nostrils and an overall columella, so
I'm thinking about reconstruction, but the trend is no joke.
I'm a bit hesitant about the self-made product and the price, but if it changes as dramatically as you did, I really want to do it here.
Can you please leave a review of your nose change?
I'm thinking about surgery sometime next spring.
101. I was considering Mint between the two, but the trend reconstruction is amazing.
You have a really pretty nose. And sincere congratulations~
[@Jini2255] I'm thinking about just posting a photo review when it's been 6 months or a year haha. Thank you, Genie. I hope your reoperation is successful too!
Wow... I'm really glad that everything went well for you. The shape of your nose is so pretty and the side effects have improved a lot, so I'm all sighing with relief... haha.
I also thought about trying it here, but I had to go to the hospital often, wear a splint for a long time, and
it was difficult because I lived in a rural area, so I ended up giving up.
[@Elderly] I think the splint lasts about 6 to 8 days, but I go to the hospital really often.. Some people live in the countryside, so 6 round trips? He said it's 8 hours and he comes and goes..
Wow, you did well. Congratulations! But the price and surgery time are really long. Hahaha, if you think about the time, it seems right to get that much. But it's so long that it's surprising. Congratulations on the great results.
Congratulations. Your lines are really pretty and I'm glad that the area that was bothering you under your nose has completely improved!! This is so pretty~~
It's so pretty. I don't know if a gorgeous nose like the one in the photo would suit me haha. Did you get a consultation fee from the hospital during the consultation???
What I'm curious about is is the nose shape like before because of a side effect of the surgery? If that's what your mother's nose is like, I think you made the right decision to have surgery. Or, if the nose shape is like that because of the side effects, I think the current nose surgery went really well.. What should I say about the previous nose shape? Hmm.. Should I call it the columella? It feels like the part in the middle of the nostril is about to break off.
Wow, I'm really jealous... I want to do it too ㅠㅠㅠ
This was my fourth revision surgery on my nose, but it was a disaster, so I want to do it here for the last time ㅠㅠㅠ Does this place raise the bridge of my nose a lot??
Are you under general anesthesia for 10 hours???
[@Momang] Four times.. Thank you for your hard work. In any hospital, they will first raise the tip of your nose and then raise the bridge of your nose accordingly.
The ability to raise the tip of your nose is different for each person..
Yes, it takes 10 hours under general anesthesia haha.
[@Ahhah] Yes, the first surgery is also expensive..
Looking at the reviews,
it costs around 500~600.. haha Reoperation varies depending on the material, but I think it usually costs 600~800. I have a difficult time with autologous surgery, so it is especially expensive.
Wow, that’s awesome~ Are you maintaining it well? But I'd like to see a photo of the tape completely removed, so please post another review~ Congratulations~~
Hello, I am also planning to have surgery at ㅌㄹㄷ, and they asked me to choose between silicone and autologous dermis. Didn't you say that to me? How are you now?
[@Jeonggu Bowel Management] You must have already had surgery... ㅠㅠ In my memory, auto-dermal dermal treatment was only mentioned on the tip of the nose and the bridge of the nose was just silicone. Everything is good now, but I want to touch it up again just a little bit.
Do you have any recent photos? Can you upload them? ㅠㅠ It's so good that you won't come here ㅜㅜ It's a consultation in July, but I want to get it quickly.
