On the 11th day of surgery, the swelling has
gone down, but the cyst is still cystic ㅠㅠ I 'll post a pre-operative and post-operative photo.
First=Before/Second=After Reoperation
In the
first surgery, the length of the nose was not extended, but silicone was inserted up to the tip of the nose and the Madpore was inserted as a support. It was a case where I tried to increase the length of the nose by doing so, so it put a lot of strain on my nose.
In the second revision surgery, the nose length was extended through rotational transplantation, so I could feel the short nose getting longer. And I heard that you made the tip of the nose slightly higher so that when viewed from the side, it intentionally created a curve at the tip of the nose to make it look natural
. Comparing the before and after photos, the difference seems to be huge, so try writing it..! The little swelling didn't go away as expected, so I'm at home all day.. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
[ @ChunE] ㅠ So I was in a panic at the hospital too. He gave me a salmon injection and kept telling me to come to the hospital. Haha I got a scratch on my self-esteem.
[@Miamiming] It's a shame that you 're proud of yourself hahahaha
Even though you're swollen, it's really not weird at all!!! I also got a little bit of a length extension...
I know it's really swelling, but it's so ugly ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Wow, I was very worried about the swelling, but the mani fell out!! Beautiful really!!! I disinfect later this afternoon? I'm going to die of a runny nose.
You did a good job in choosing the final hospital
. I think the face and nose are well balanced.
Congratulations~
But how does the rotational transplant work?
[@pkm77] Ummm ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I don't know the exact thing, but I know it's one of the ways to lengthen the nose! Some of the people who sent me a note asked if they had extended the septum, or if you could tell me how you did it, so I wrote it down! [ https://m.blog.naver.com/PostView.nhn?blogId=draacula&logNo=220821043936&referrerCode=0&searchKeyword=Rotation transplantation ] For details, Yonsei St. Director Hwang Ji-hoon's blog post is attached, so please check it! (The attached article is a problem with rotational transplantation, but I know that Dr. Hwang also uses a modified rotational transplant as one of the methods for extending the nose length~_~!!)
